Community Consultation Report
September 2002
Introduction
This is a summary report to feed back the information gathered at the Community Planning Event held in Harley at the cricket pavilion grounds on Saturday 21st September 2002
Wentworth North Area Assembly worked closely together with Harley Village Partnership to plan and deliver the event. Our team and the Area Assembly Chair (Councillor Frank Hodgkiss) would like to extend a big "THANK YOU" to everyone who attended and helped with the event.
The information is a starting point for the Community of Harley in recording local people's opinions and ideas in terms of identifying the communities priorities for issues they want addressing.
The event also provided a further opportunity for local people to be consulted on the proposed refurbishment of the existing Cricket Pavilion into an improved Community Resource and a feasibility study has been written on behalf of Harley Village Partnership by Consultants Birkett, Cole & Lowe to that end.
For further information on the Community Planning Activity in Harley, please contact the Wentworth North Area Assembly Office.
